Look more professional
Your own app creates a modern, confident impression. It shows customers that your business has its own convenient digital ordering route.
Maintain the menu easily
Categories, food, drinks, prices, images, extras, allergens, additives and availability are managed in the operator portal.
Kitchen monitor for live orders
New orders appear automatically with order type, promised time, order age and status. An audible alert can announce new orders.
Table orders through a service device
A separate PIN-protected device can record orders for tables or areas and send them directly to the shared kitchen queue.
Self-service kiosk on your own terminal
Self-service orders use the same kitchen flow. The kiosk device is securely activated from the operator portal with its own device PIN or QR login, just like kitchen, counter/table and delivery devices.
Control delivery area and minimum order
Delivery postcodes, delivery fee and minimum order value are defined and checked during ordering.
Turn kitchen load into realistic times automatically
Open orders, item quantities, near-term pre-orders and configured kitchen capacity can automatically raise the earliest pickup or delivery time. Manual NORMAL/HIGH/STORM control and existing lead-time rules keep priority.
Show sold-out items immediately
Unavailable items can be marked sold out immediately. Timed blocks and shared base ingredients can optionally disable several linked dishes together before the customer reaches checkout.
Multilingual app and menu
Categories, dishes, descriptions, extras, allergens and additives can be maintained in the enabled languages.
Smart campaigns with approval or automation
First order, longer inactivity, loyalty goals, quiet ordering periods and order or revenue thresholds can suggest prepared actions or queue them automatically. Delivery still requires existing voluntary marketing consent and obeys quiet hours and limits. Optional add-on: €10.00 net/month, billed €120.00 net annually in advance.

Reward loyal guests
An optional digital stamp card and one-time welcome discount can encourage repeat business without requiring a traditional customer account.
Delivery allowance with a free basic fallback
Predictable delivery packages protect against variable Google API costs. When the allowance is reached, the restaurant can keep delivering without buying anything; only new billable Google convenience calls pause until the next allowance.
Control opening hours and order pauses
Orders can be blocked automatically outside opening hours or paused temporarily when the business is overloaded.
Configure pickup and delivery appropriately
The business decides whether to offer pickup, delivery or both. Customers see the correct choice directly in the app.
Publish special offers immediately
A daily deal, value menu or short evening campaign can appear with an image, text, time period and direct order button in the customer view.
Turn the QR code into a sales point
Place the QR code on the counter, window, menu, flyers, bags or vehicles and take customers straight to ordering.
Install directly
Customers scan the QR code or open the link and add the app to their home screen. They do not need to search an app store.
Your brand on the phone
The app name, logo, colours and menu belong to your business. Your own brand stays central instead of appearing only on a third-party marketplace.
Paid add-ons – benefits and costs made transparent
These six areas can be added depending on the contract. Each restaurant also sees its actually booked services and prices in the operator portal.
Premium
Premium extends the Standard plan with additional device capacity and advanced operating functions. Premium includes two simultaneous devices each for kitchen, counter/table and delivery.
Additional device slots
The limit concerns simultaneous use. Standard includes 1 kitchen and 1 counter/table device; Premium includes 2 each for kitchen, counter/table and delivery. More slots can be added per device category.
Delivery allowances for Google convenience functions
The allowance controls only new server-billed Google convenience calls for deliveries. Orders, kitchen, drivers, status, push, email and delivery itself continue to work after the allowance is reached.
Marketing push packages
The included base allowance permits up to 2 marketing campaigns per week. Larger packages only increase the marketing limit; necessary order-status pushes do not count. Messages are sent only to customers with valid marketing consent.
Marketing automation
For Premium restaurants, the system detects defined events such as first order, longer inactivity, loyalty goal, weak ordering periods and order or revenue thresholds and can suggest campaigns or schedule them by rule.
Ad-free order status
The centrally managed GastroWebservice advertising area in the order-status display is hidden for the restaurant. This does not grant the restaurant editing rights over ads or campaigns.
All prices shown are net prices plus statutory VAT. There is no automatic paid upgrade. Annual prices are charged in advance only where this is stated explicitly.
