How the own app is set up
The partner can prepare a nearly sales-ready app and let the business test it free for 28 days. Paid conversion happens only after an explicit decision.
- 01
Your brand on the phone
The app name, logo, colours and menu belong to your business. Your own brand stays central instead of appearing only on a third-party marketplace.
- 02
Maintain the menu easily
Categories, food, drinks, prices, images, extras, allergens, additives and availability are managed in the operator portal.
- 03
Configure pickup and delivery appropriately
The business decides whether to offer pickup, delivery or both. Customers see the correct choice directly in the app.
- 04
Control opening hours and order pauses
Orders can be blocked automatically outside opening hours or paused temporarily when the business is overloaded.
- 05
Kitchen monitor for live orders
New orders appear automatically with order type, promised time, order age and status. An audible alert can announce new orders.
- 06
Print kitchen tickets individually or in batches
Single orders or all new orders can be printed as kitchen tickets. The actual printer is tested before going live.
